Our focus is not to sell you products (pensions, ISAs, insurance etc..) but rather to put an emphasis on your goals and ambitions. Once we know your objectives, we can create a bespoke plan and review regularly to ensure it’s on track. As an independent financial adviser, we look at the whole market when designing your investment proposition and use best in class product providers. This is how we build Confidence In Your Financial Life.

While each client is different, a client journey may follow the following path:

Initial Complimentary Conversation
  • Our first meeting is a chance for both of us to get to know each other and start to understand your objectives and values. This will also give you an opportunity to see how we work. We’ll also provide details on likely fees and next steps.

  • Next we’ll get into the specifics. We’ll gather as much information as possible about your financial life and talk in detail about your objectives, both of which will help us to develop your financial plan. 

Analysis & Research
  • We will gather data on any existing financial products and arrangements you hold. We’ll analyse your cash flow and assets to build a complete financial planning model of your life.
Visual Presentation
  •  You will receive a visual presentation of your lifetime financial plan in which various ‘what if’ scenarios will be considered. This will allow you to see your financial life with complete clarity. The ‘what if’ scenarios will help you understand the effects of our recommendations. At the end of this session, we will agree the best way forward.

Detailed Proposal
  • You will then receive your detailed financial plan. It will outline the risks faced and the costs involved and should allow you to make an informed decision. 

  • A plan is only as good as its implementation. We will deal with the documentation and put in place any recommended products while keeping in touch to update you on the process. Where necessary, we’ll collaborate with any other professional advisers, including solicitors, and accountants.

Ongoing Advice
  • We want you to be clear that, as far as we are concerned, the setting up of your investments is only the first step.  This is why we have an annual review process so that you and we can keep track of things and make the necessary changes when they are needed. We’ll update your objectives, review the progress towards your goals and discuss how any investments we manage on your behalf have performed. All meetings are followed with a formal report providing updates and advice as needed. 

If you need to talk to us about any aspect of your financial planning, we are always available either via e-mail, phone or in person. This is included in our standard ongoing service. We are here when you need us.

We are equally happy to engage with clients in traditional face to face meetings as we are using remote working tools such as Zoom, Skype and Google Meet. During the Corona crisis we have been able to fully advise clients and take on new clients utilising these tools. Likewise, some busy clients prefer to engage from the comfort of their own home or office using these tools.
